Bre&d in the Pavillion, Bathurst. An evening bush dance in the Beau Brown Pavilion at Bathurst Showground will be the Bathurst Region Eats & Drinks major event for 2008. Bre&d in The Pavilion on Saturday, April 26 will replace Bre&d on the Bridge lunch as the group’s signature event for the year.
Vice President, Neil Tinker said Bre&d members felt that it was time for a change and believed the new
event would build on the extremely successful Paddy’s Night held in 2007.
“It will once again be a chance for local providores and vignerons to display the best of our region’s freshest
foods and the Farmer’s Markets stallholders will be featujred heavily”, Mr Tinker said.
“Local band, Collector, will be entertaining us with their foot tapping music and the ambience of the
historic showground pavilion is sure to make for another successful evening.”
